Partnering with the innovative Alkina wines from the Barossa Valley, known for their elegantly refined and restrained approach to winemaking, this evening promises to be a celebration of finesse and the terroir of the region.

Hosted by the esteemed Sebastian Crowther, Real Wines director and Master Sommelier, you will be guided through 4 course menu with pairings with Omnia’s signature Saffron Negroni on arrival.

Alkina is a certified organic and biodynamic farm. It has 43 hectares of vines planted to Grenache, Shiraz, Mataro and Semillon, with the oldest vines dating from the 1950s. Wines on the night will include their new release 2023 Kin Semillion, Night Sky GSM and 2022 Polygon Grenache.
